Sky – Pop Up Home of Entertainment

This pop-up activation at Sylvia Park Mall for Sky was inspired by the idea of a ‘funhouse’, leveraging the element of surprise, a fun challenge, and a sense of amusement to engage the public.

This playable, 3 room entertainment house was complete with a mini-golf hole-in-one challenge in each room. The space was designed to engage and have some fun, as well as showcase the epic range of content available and the benefits of Sky’s direct to home offer (which is basically having the ultimate entertainment experience, at your place). It was also a key opportunity to showcase SkyGo, with a live demonstration of Sky's on-the-go platform in action.

Not only did we want to help Sky start up a relationship with potential new customers (and give some love to their existing ones), we wanted to design the activity to keep the spark alive, and stay connected. A chance to win the ultimate entertainment package enabled us to build a database, understand interests and qualify leads, as well as garner feedback on the activation experience.

Over 600,000 people saw the activation
More than 4,000 people stopped to have game and chat (even Batman dropped by)
Scored 👍 88% by the public
