Only a few things cause Jacs to smile this wide: dark chocolate, the speedy boat she’s on here, and a good graph. Jacs has been a strategist for over 20 years across all aspects of marketing communication - brand, marketing, communication, and channel. Before HeyYou, she was the Group Head of Strategy at The Dentsu Aegis Network, working across multiple communication agencies. She’s got a big list of awards credits and has worked in the UK, Australia, and NZ with brands including Air New Zealand, Telstra, Johnson & Johnson, ASB, Meridian, General Motors.

Andy is all about ideas. He’s had some pretty good ones, too, like the idea to start HeyYou in 2016. His superpower is his ability to go where no human has ever gone before in terms of coffee consumption, and as a result he tends to get things done pretty fast. Andy is a brand development specialist (his own brand is wearing black t-shirts all the time) and has worked as a designer for 20 years. He’s worked in Australia and New Zealand for both boutique and big agencies, and has led major brand work for Sky Network TV, New World, Four Square, Anchor, Jed’s Coffee and others.

Fleur

Partner / PR, Content and Experience Director

It’s hard to keep Fleur away from a good story: that’s why we could only get a photo of her with a book in it. She loves a yarn, and with over two decades of experience of working in PR, experiential, and content, she’s told a fair few, too. Before HeyYou, Fleur was the GM of marketing communication agency MKTG. She’s been running agencies for over ten years and is known for her highly awarded work. Her client portfolio includes Harley Davidson, Expedia, Visit Victoria, Qantas, Bunnings, Unilever, Walt Disney Studios, General Motors, Mattel, Movember, H&M, Pernod Ricard, Vodafone, Lotto and The New Zealand Police.

We believe…

People come first, always

We’re all about healthy success: sustainable achievement that makes space for life. We want our clients and team to have the kind of working experience that makes us all want to keep working together, again and again.

Begin with purpose

People want to connect with brands that stand for something meaningful. If a brands’ purpose already exists, we use it as a filter for everything. If it doesn’t exist, we work with you to define it.

Solve it by making it

We run MESA, a team based work systems designed to solve complex challenges by unleashing human potential to process more, and execute faster. This extraordinary experience brings clients together with external experts and makers to the table to conceive, develop and prototype a solution in just five days.

Act with understanding

We live in one of the most diverse nations in the world, and every person has unique needs and desires. Listening to people, and creating a solution that understands and celebrates differences is integrated into our business, and the approach we take to every brief.

Creativity is the worlds most powerful ally

Powerful ideas have the ability to change behaviour, and changing behaviour can change the world. So we put powerful ideas at the heart of everything we do.

Technology is not a tag on

Technology should be purposeful not a tactical tag-on. We believe in integrating technology early, to ensure it’s a meaningful solution that drives, or amplifies, positive connection.
