HeyYou – Observations from the Inside

 

There’s no doubt that the COVID-19 impact has been swift and hard felt. Nobody saw that coming, did they?! Well, aside from Bill Gates (watch the first 2 minutes of the Netflix documentary, Corona Virus Explained).

Here at HeyYou, we believe in taking a customer-centric approach to business. So, whilst everyone was in lockdown, we tuned in to what Kiwis were saying and how they were feeling.

Then, we turned our observations into the presentation below to help and inspire marketers and business owners. Because, in uncertain times, the best thing a brand can do is listen, and then move forward in the direction of the customer need.

And, because we had nothing better to do, we provided some suggestions on how businesses can respond, along with some fine examples of brands who were doing clever things, such as RUBY, Nourish Group, Xero, Friends in Need and Airbnb.
